M.I.A.

Some of you may be wondering where I’ve been. I honestly don’t know. The summer is just slipping by and my motivation for blogging has waned a bit lately. I guess it’s a combination of those things.

What we’ve been up to:

• Went to WI for a couple days last week for a visit with Abraham’s parents while they’re on vacation. Orison enjoyed all aspects of cabin life, especially riding on a paddle boat for the first time (much like the one seen here).
• Finally got to work on the new house next door. The tenants who were in our unit moved out. So this weekend we did a lot of cleaning (thanks to my amazing girlfriends). The guys demolished the kitchen to make way for the remodel, which will hopefully be starting SOON!
• Getting our current house packed up as much as possible so that when the move comes I’ll be ready.
• Trying to rent our house. Seems like there’s one family who’s interested, so hopefully that will work out.

That’s really all I can report on right now. Life has been busy.
